Today’s featured trader is Mrs Mosley's Posies! Specializing in beautiful, nature-inspired creations, she uses locally grown pressed flowers to craft delicate mini glass frame displays. You’ll also find star wands made from Somerset-grown willow, adorned with dried flower posies and finished with velvet ribbon—perfect for adding a touch of botanical charm to your home this Christmas. 🌸💫

The countdown is on! It's just two weeks until this year's Christmas market at the airbase. Join us from 4pm, with the Christmas Tree Lighting Switch On at 6pm. Stall holders include Sandridge Brownies and Bakes Potterne Honey and Mrs Mosley's Posies to name a few!

We will be selling hot drinks and mulled wine to get everyone in the festive spirit, and holding our popular tombola to raise money for our charity. Attendance is free, but we ask that register in advance so we can plan for numbers: bit.ly/XmasMarketReg

Morning everyone,
As it's a lovely sunny day here in Yatton Keynell , I've decided to open the Little Pink Shed!
I've added a few of my dried flower decorated pumpkins (the fruit isn't pierced, so will last a long time!), plus some wonderful knobbly mini pumpkins to decorate your home this autumn 🎃.
I'll be mostly out in the garden today, so can answer any queries; I can also take card payments if you don't have any cash!

🍂 Dried Floral Pumpkin decorating 🍂

To get you in the autumn mood, I'm offering a workshop in decorating a pumpkin with dried flowers.

This will be a fun, creative session and no experience is required! In a small group size, I will guide you every step of the way and you will have a beautiful decoration to take home with you at the end.

These will last a long time, as the fruit isn't pierced and can even be put outside for a short time under a protective roof.

All materials & refreshments are included for £40 per person. Why not bring a friend along too?

As it's a lovely sunny day, I've opened the Little Pink Shed at the end of the drive.

Some lovely garden plants for late colour, with a few locally grown knobbly pumpkins are out there. Plus some of my dried flower items.

I'll be at Westonbirt School tomorrow for their annual Flower Show Westonbirt School Flower Show + Exhibition 10.30-3pm with much more for sale & joining my friend Rachel The Tetbury Flower Company selling her gorgeous bouquets plus many other stalls.

Some very personal Tribute flowers 🌸

Farewell flowers needn’t be from a catalogue; they can be as individual as your loved one.

I can incorporate personal items into your floral tribute, such as a pair of walking boots for someone who loved being outside and appreciated being amongst nature.

All flowers used are locally grown and seasonal and can even include flowers from your own or the deceased’s garden.

As the flowers are displayed in repurposed glass jars, they can be taken home or shared amongst family & friends, to be enjoyed after the funeral. 🌸

I've had a lovely first day at Middlewick House Open Garden today, more of the same tomorrow!

The weather promises to be dry & sunny, so do come along. As well as the gardens, kindly opening by Nick (of Pink Floyd) & Anette Mason, there are plenty of stalls, refreshments & Nick's super cars on display!

Floristry Workshop coming up: Wednesday 29th May

🌿 Creating a Meadow Box Arrangement 🌿

Why not take some time for yourself to relax and enjoy some creativity within a small group setting?

You don’t need to have any floristry experience, just a love of flowers and nature. I will guide you in arranging my own or locally grown flowers in a natural, meadow style arrangement in a sustainably made woooden box, all of which is yours to keep. The box can then be reused many times, it looks stunning displayed on a table or mantle.

All materials, tuition and home made refreshments are included for £50 per person

Will you marry me?

That was the question my customer was asked recently, along with being presented with a heart shape full of red roses.

I was asked to preserve the roses in a frame that could go on the wall, so I strung up each rose to dry in my studio (swipe to end to see the pretty strings!) & waited.

Once the frame was completed, there were a few roses left over, so I constructed a mini wreath for the couple's home.
