Position: Customer Happiness Assistant
Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (with potential for extra hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Care: Attend to our clients’ needs, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Meet & Greet: Be the first smiling face our clients see, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
Hospitality: Prepare and serve drinks and snacks, ensuring our guests feel pampered.
Support: Assist our consultants with appointment preparation and tidying up afterwards.
Ideal Candidate:
Presentable: Professional appearance and demeanor.
Personable: Bubbly, outgoing, and a genuine people pleaser.
Empathetic: Caring and understanding, with a knack for making people feel comfortable.
Confident: Strong phone skills and ability to handle customer inquiries with ease.
Proactive: Able to take initiative in a busy environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
