We’ve had an interesting one today, a customer sent us a Facebook message after a wedding fair last week enquiring about our services and then rang today to say he hadn’t heard back.

He messaged again and up popped both messages including the “unread” previous message.

We usually try and reply fairly quickly to enquiries so if you don’t hear back in a few days please give us a nudge
