*Slipping through my fingers all the time* 🥹🎶

Honestly can’t believe just how quickly it’s coming around!

We can’t wait for them to start their new adventure and make lots of friends and discover all the possibilities & dreams for the future….

But goodness me 🙈 if we didn’t just have babies and now they’re off to start a little life that doesn’t include us 🥹🥲

To cheer ourselves up we’ve been making over their bookshelves with exciting reads about school and some classic stories from childhood, as well as adding their pennant flags ready to wave on their first day of the school year! 👩🏼‍🏫📚✏️🍎

✨We’ve turned 1! ✨

What a ride this year has been!

An idea born in a beach hut on Mersea Island…and now we’re well on our way 365 days later ✨🙌🏼

We think we *may* have been a tad mad 🤪 to start this with 4 children under 5 and juggling all the roles and hats that we have to wear…but we’ve had a blast!

We’ve made some great supportive Insta friends, have the most amazing clients and get to design and make some incredible pieces! 🙌🏼

Sure we run mostly on caffeine and ADHD but it’s incredible running this business 🥰

We’ve got some absolutely AH👏MA👏ZING👏 launches coming up for Halloween and Christmas…watch this space 👀

That’s because Gigi is first on the 6th July and then it’s me, Jade, on the 7th July…we’re *cough cough* 37 this year 😅😜

Phew it’s been scorcher here today! 🥵 ☀️
Now just trying to wrestle the kids into bed and off we go back to work!

Anyone else have a hard time getting the kiddos to bed when it’s so hot and sticky?
My *tip* is spraying them all over with a water mister for hair to cool them down 🫣😂 They really enjoy it though! 🤣

What a stressful morning! 😅
Well I think I just got a taste of how Aurora will be going in to school everyday!
She only goes to nursery x2 days a week and today is the second day this week…well I’ve spent the best part of a hour wrestling her into her clothes, she shook all her hair out and made me do it again 🤪
Then told me she likes Daddy better because I made her go to nursery. Yay for me 😑

What were you up to at midnight last night? We were making Candy Cane Lanes! 🎄🎅🏻🎄🎅🏻. First we get our design up and load up the 3 different colour acrylics into our amazing machine and cut out each each section separately . (We also have to mask up the entire back first to create our sticky layer) Once cut we try to keep all our lettering together in a little box so we can put them together quickly.Then the fun part! Peeling all the protective layer at the front and then the sticky back layers. It can be extremely fiddly!We then line up and arrange our pieces 💃 and adhere them together. The bond is especially strong and if you place wrong you can’t take it off…you have to start again 😳Followed by a quick clean for added shine, then specially package up just for you! #behindthescenes #fiabauk #fiaba #letsmakeithappen #retrochristmas
