Lost Direction made a donation to West Mersea Lifeboat on Sunday 28.04.24, - equipment for washing and drying "Just George". We purchased a high power pressure washer and leaf blower with money raised from our performances over the last year. The photo was taken by Alan Head.

Hello again fans.It's the famous Lost Direction boy band again coming to you through the clear Mersea air. This years events have been cancelled due to the virus - you must be disappointed so to cheer you up our Christmas Medley video.
Thanks to Ian Jewitt for our backing track and his tech that put our recordings together, and to George Robinson who put together the video.

A collection was made after we left and a cheque will be sent to the Mersea Lifeboat

Lost Direction performed for the Mermaids Christmas dinner held at The Fox on Thursday 5th December. We thoroughly enjoyed performing to such an appreciative audience who joined in with choruses and Christmas carols. We raised £30 for the Mersea Lifeboat and recieved encouraging feedback paricularly from Janice Pattmore the social secretary of Mermaids -

"Everyone from Mersea Island Mermaids would like to thank you and your singers for singing and entertaining us at our Christmas Dinner on 5 December at The Fox

We all had a wonderful time and I hope it was fun for you as well.

LOST DIRECTION LOSE THEIR WAY AGAIN.

Following the report of our activities in last month’s edition of Mersea Life it is apparent that we have once again lost our way in that we neglected to provide contact details, should anyone wish to avail themselves of our services.

We are currently rehearsing hard and preparing a programme for our 2019 Christmas commitments while continuing to keep working on our classic repertoire.

With a catalogue of around fifty songs and monologues we believe we certainly have a song for every occasion. Go on give us a try.

We specialise in preparing a programme that is bespoke for your requirements.

We are happy to perform at any event, large or small and can always find a song or a story to suit a special occasion.
