Wedding taster season continued 😋

Canapés:
Chicken satay with a peanut dip, crispy buttermilk chicken with Sriracha Mayo, macaroni cheese bites, goats cheese, walnut and honey crostinis, filled cucumber ribbons, roasted Chinese style pork belly with sticky honey sauce.

Starters:
Wild mushroom and mozzarella arancini balls, teriyaki chicken skewers, gravlax with dill and mustard.

Mains:
Slow cooked pork belly with crispy roast potatoes and broccoli
Beef brisket with potato cakes and asparagus
Goats cheese and beetroot risotto

Desserts:
Tiramisu
Crème brûlée.
