🌟 The Strictly Christmas Family Has Done It Again! 🌟

Now the dust has settled on Strictly Christmas ‘24, we want to take a moment to say another huge thank you to each and every one of you—our contestants, experienced dancers, sponsors, partners, and supporters—who helped us raise an incredible £222,518 for Zoe’s Place Coventry in 2024! 🎉

But we’re not stopping there… we’ve got something exciting in the works for 2025! 💥

Introducing: The Strictly Pantomime Derby 2025! 🏇🐴🦌🐄🦓
Date: Monday 5th May 2025 (Bank Holiday)
Location: Warwick Racecourse

🚨 What’s it all about?
A 100m race featuring teams running in pantomime animal costumes—from pantomime horses to camels and everything in between! It’s a fun, unique way to raise funds for Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice Coventry and bring the whole community together.

Race Entry:
💸 £50 entry + minimum £400 fundraising commitment
🎉 Includes: Pantomime Horse entry + costume hire for 2 participants + access for 3 team members
🏆 Prizes: Best Race Winner, Best Dressed Animal, Best Fundraising Team
🎟️ Supporters can join in by purchasing tickets directly from Warwick Racecourse.

Today, Natalie and Laura had the pleasure of presenting to the NHS Retirement Fellowship, Coventry Branch. They were warmly welcomed as they shared all about Strictly Christmas, the incredible fundraising efforts of past and present contestants and dancers, and the heart behind everything we do for Zoe's Place Baby Hospice Coventry 💛

Following the presentation, Natalie and Laura were deeply touched to receive a generous donation of £1020 from NHSRF. We are truly overwhelmed by this kind gesture from all the members, and we look forward to welcoming them this year at one of our shows.

On Friday evening, we gathered both in person and virtually, with the fabulous Sarah hosting us with a wonderful meal ! ✨

🎉 Today is the day it all becomes real for amazing 24 contestants and their experienced dance partners. After 8 weeks of training🕺💃, hours of fundraising💷 & dreaming of the steps💤. We move to Court Hotel Coventry for the dress rehearsal. A huge thank you to Wyken Community Centre for hosting us for our training sessions. With only 3 days to go until we open the doors to our guests and supporters of Strictly Christmas '24, we are all nervous and excited at the same time but have all loved this exerpience whilst raising vital funds for Zoe's Place Baby Hospice Coventry 💛 See you all on the Dance Floor!🪩

A school that offers classes in Ballroom and Latin for every age and level from beginners to advance in Coventry, Northampton & Bicester. Gabriel is a highly qualified dance teacher (IDTA & WDC) with over 22 years of experience, his main highlight of his career was making Marta (zero dance experience) his dance partner and fiancé Champion in ProAm and Student teacher in Blackpool.

Jackie Fallon choregraphed our Ballroom routine for Strictly Christmas and runs her own local dance school, Your Time To Dance. Established in 2014, offering Ballroom and Latin dance classes in Coventry, classes are held every Thursday evening at Binley Woods Village Hall, Coventry.

🕺🏼Your Time to Dance creates a friendly environment where beginners through to advanced dancers can learn to dance.

💃🏼 You don't need to have a partner to attend, and classes are suitable for everyone from those who want to develop a skill, through to those who want to progress through their medal tests.
