Newpath Ventures Limited, incorporated in 1992, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Life Path Trust Limited* who have provided support to people with Learning Disabilities for over 30 years in Coventry. Newpath provides placements, training, work experience and jobs for people with a broad spectrum of Learning Disabilities within Horticulture (Kings Hill Nurseries), various Catering Operations at the Four Seasons Function Room on site and also at the Pavillion Café and Beech Tree Café situated at the Memorial Park in Coventry. Working with people with Learning Disabilities is central to the culture of the business and we work in teams together with colleagues to help maximise each worker’s potential.
