A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along and made the day so special – from families enjoying the sunshine to friends catching up over cake and crafts. 💐🍦🎉

We're incredibly grateful to all the stall holders and vendors who brought such wonderful energy, creativity, and colour to the event. You made the day truly unforgettable!

And a massive shoutout to the talented Gemma Sansom Photography, who captured the spirit of the day so beautifully 📸💛 – be sure to check out her stunning photos!

🌞 Important Update – Dog Show Cancelled 🌞

We’re so sorry to let you know that due to the high temperatures, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to cancel the Dog Show at this year’s Hawkhurst Village Fête. The safety and well-being of our furry friends must come first 💛🐾

But don’t worry – the fête is still packed with fun! We’ve added some exciting extras to keep the day buzzing:

🪁 Special Kite Show – Look to the skies for a colourful display!
💃 Kids' Dance fun – Come and cheer on our brilliant young dancers!

There’s still plenty to enjoy, so come along, stay cool, and have a fantastic time with us!

The countdown is on, and the sun looks like it's joining the party (fingers crossed 🤞)!

Here’s your fete-day checklist — don’t leave home without:
🧴 Sunscreen (no one wants to be a lobster!)
💧 Water (hydration = celebration!)
🧢 Hats (shade your fabulous face)
💸 Cash for stalls (you will want a treat or two)
🪑 Picnic blankets/chairs (get comfy and stay awhile!)
