Wow, what a weekend. We had such a great time at Spookfest yesterday where lots of little scary trick or treaters came to see us at the pod 👻🎃 It was crazy busy and we sold out of a few things.

Saturday was equally as busy at Fireworks night. 🎆

As you will all know, it was a heartbreaking decision for Georgie to sell the business, but we are excited to be given the opportunity to continue the Cody's legacy! Starting at the end of September, our mobile pod will be serving up your favourite waffles with a mouth-watering array of toppings. 😋

Do you and your friends have what it takes to become the first ever Charlie's Games Champions?

To be in with a chance, you need to register your team now! The team needs to be made up of 6 players (over the age of 11). Games will include range of challenges and the emphasis is on having fun! You don't have to be the biggest and strongest to win, but need to be able to compete in some running and throwing challenges. All games include a twist to ensure maximum fun and to level out the playing field! Teams can be made up by children only (over 11s), women only, men only or a complete mix of ages and genders.

All team members MUST be available from 1.30pm on August 17th, at Jubilee Field in Milford, and the games will finish around 4.30pm.

There is only space for a limited number of teams and we are operating on a first come first served basis, so do not delay signing up.

It’s with an incredibly heavy heart that I need to announce Sam passed away Tuesday evening surrounded by his family. He spent the summer making memories with his children and even managed to give us one last Christmas. His positivity was an inspiration to all and we are so blessed for every wonderful moment we’ve had with him. We will continue to be quieter online, but are still here in the background and will be more present in time. We just owed it to you all to say one final thank you. Saying we were going to start a business for weddings and events.. at the only time in modern history where weddings and events were not allowed might have seemed like a crazy idea. And it was. But thanks to all of you and Sam’s diligent work and commitment to this mad dream made it possible. It also allowed me to create my own hours over the last year so I could be with Sam and for that I could never be more grateful. I’m so proud of what we achieved and I promise when I can to make it part of his legacy.

The outpour of love we have received over the past few days has been phenomenal. It goes without saying what a wonderful person Sam was, but one of his last wishes really highlighted his loving nature. Sam made it very clear that he wanted a GoFundMe set up for our children’s future.
