A November wedding…Congratulations to Tomo & Sam who got married last weekend in a beautifully intimate ceremony in our Victorian Glasshouse. It was a cold but sunny November day and the very talented @hayloftfloral filled the Glasshouse with incredible seasonal foliage, berries, twigs, dried grasses and rosehips, creating the perfect setting for the ceremony and wedding breakfast. Homemade Elderflower Cordial
At the weekend we went foraging in the grounds for some elderflower, to make delicious elderflower cordial!
We cooked it gently with fresh lemons and sugar, before bottling it ready to enjoy throughout the summer!
