At the weekend we went foraging in the grounds for some elderflower, to make delicious elderflower cordial!
We cooked it gently with fresh lemons and sugar, before bottling it ready to enjoy throughout the summer!

Somersbury is home to several of Jonathan’s hives of British Black bees, a breed native to the UK.We care about working in a sustainable fashion at Somersbury, and believe it is our responsibility to manage the land in harmony with nature.
