Some stunning shots from E&P’s gorgeous wedding at the beautiful one Summer’s day🤍

I feel so lucky and grateful to have created florals in this magnificent 18th-century domed Orangery - the light in this space is absolutely magical ✨

For the ceremony, we designed a natural broken arch, filled with seasonal soft whites and greens to complement the light-filled space and reflect the surrounding gardens. It’s all about bringing the outside in, a look that feels timeless and effortless. 💚

Paired with romantic aisle meadows, this setup feels like something from a fairytale.. 🕊️🏰✨

Throwback to this stunning winter wedding at in Bideford, back in early February last year. ✨

A rich palette of burgundy, white, and a hint of blush pink complemented the elegant red wine bridesmaid dresses perfectly. We chose plenty of textural flowers such as wax flowers, skimmia and scented broom, as well as including Beth’s favourite, garden roses and fragrant eucalyptus, to give the bouquet a cozy, winter charm.

The groom and his groomsmen wore unique floral pocket meadows - an eye-catching twist on the classic buttonhole.

Looking back at this stunning July wedding in the heart of Dartmoor at the beautiful . My lovely bride Lauren chose a gorgeous palette of soft, seasonal pale pinks and whites with many of her favourite flowers included, such as Ammi majus, Roses and Freesias. 💗

I can’t wait to be back in Dartmoor this weekend for another gorgeous wedding, this time at St. Michael’s Church in Chagford - a place that I know so well.

BUTTONHOLE APPRECIATION 🫶

This week’s wedding buttonholes for the gents were especially charming, crafted from locally grown wildflowers and summer blooms that perfectly complemented the brides and their maids’ bouquets.

It might be an unpopular opinion, but I absolutely love creating buttonholes. Each one has its own unique personality, beautifully connecting the bride and groom.

Plenty of wedding freelancing for lovely flower ladies, successfully growing cantaloupe melon babies, a well needed haircut (the only time you’ll see me with nice styled hair - thanks Faye!) watching our gorgeous friends get married in South Derbyshire, walled garden beauty at Deer Park, and my gorgeous girl.

Now, I adore a buttonhole, they are one of my favourite things on the personals list to create, but I’m SO in love with these pocket meadows we created for Beth + Bill’s wedding House back in February… 🎀

These pocket meadows are a new alternative to the usual pinned on buttonholes which sit in the suits top pocket. They sit snugly into the pocket so won’t fall out even if tipped up.. in my eyes the perfect floral alternative! 🌸

They were so fun to make and as the flowers were designed in water, they lasted so well throughout the day!

These pocket meadows seem to be a popular choice this year, but what do you prefer? The traditional pinned buttonhole, or these fun pocket meadows? 🎀

Just a florist enjoying a little moment with the first Festive wreath of the season.. ✨

As I’ve now taken my first few wreath pre orders, I thought I’d better start sharing some wreath love.. a little reluctant to think winter, as my heart is still very much in Autumn and all the stunning colour and beauty which comes with it, but as we’re surrounded by mud here at the moment in deepest Mid Devon I think a little festive goodness wouldn’t go amiss.. ✨🍂
