This weekend was awful
Friday…
I head home to the casa del caravan. And the door won’t unlock and I snap the handle clean off!
(We’re waiting for a new one)
So…I decide it’s a good idea to climb through the tiny hole under the bed and push the bed up so I can get in
Bear in mind I am 6ft2. It was a struggle but I made it
Next day I wake up to heavy gusts. There was no wind warning and Pete is at home.
So i needed to get the awning down. It’s blowing in my face, whipping my legs, I’m holding onto it for dear life..
One of the other campers was coming round in the van. I wave frantically…but he didn’t stop 😡
I had to leave the door open and wedge it with a water bottle to go to work
I came into work early to drain the fryers. Did that. Managed to knock something and send oil everywhere…
Myself included
Then I checked and nothing had been prepped so it was a mad run around to do that
Nipped for a wee. The toilet flushed out onto my leg 🤦🏼♀️
Shift then goes ok
I head back and take the lick apart trying to take the part out that is catching. I can’t so I saw it off with a bread knife 🍞🔪
In the morning I managed to lock the door and went to work
Today I’ve got the key stuck in the lock but at least it’s locked 😂

Vegan food is dull. I could never be vegan the food is so bland. Urgh tofu
We’re here to change that.
From marinating our tofu for 24 hours in our secret blend to using beer batter (alcohol free) to get the best batter
We use sausages that are tried and tested by hundreds at markets and festivals (and made by fellow vegans)
Our food may look a little bit beige but it’s definitely not dull
