I keep going with original ideas to surprise your friends and family this Christmas🌲
I have made this surprising snack or dessert that in Spain is known as "Trampantojo", it seems like one thing but it is something totally different... in this case, it looks like a black pudding or sausage, but in reality it is a nougat made from chocolate and nuts. This one in particular is made with pecans 😋

It's perfect for welcoming your guests with a glass of champagne 🍾to whet their appetite. It's also a great idea to bring it as a gift and help with Christmas dinner 🥳
The perfect accompaniment for this delicious snack or dessert is some brioche bread to make a sandwich 🥖
Serving approximately 14 slices. Brioche not included.

No need to invest extra money buying decorating items for your table this year, which also takes up precious space.

Surprise your family and friends with this delicious starter, children will like it the most 🤩
Containing topside of beef, walnuts, beetroot, potato, spring onions, cherry tomatoes, pomegranate fruit, dill and mayo amongst other ingredients it is a taste sensation 😋
Minimum portions are 8, up to 10.
You can keep it in the fridge for about 3 days, perfect leftovers ready to eat the next day.

This is a signature dish, which is never missing from the menu at any Spanish tapas bar. They’re served with delicious spicy homemade “salsa brava” and authentic Spanish “alioli”.

3🥉 Chorizo in Cider.
The chorizo is simmered in the lovely sweet apple notes of the cider until caramelised. This is an authentic Spanish chorizo. It is served with lovely crunchy bread sticks called -piquitos.

4. Garlic Mushrooms.

Hola amigos👋 Today's special is a magnificent Hong Shao Rou (红烧肉), or red braised pork, is a classic Chinese dish, particularly popular in Shanghai 🇨🇳
It features pork belly braised in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, and Shaoxing wine, resulting in tender, glossy and sticky meat with a sweet-savory flavor, cooked altogether with fresh ginger, star anis, cinnamon, and Sichuan peppercorns 🫚

I love cooking this dish not only because it is truly delicious but also because of the incredible aroma of spices that it leaves in my house all day long 🥰

Torreznos are a popular Spanish snack made from pork belly, known for their crispy texture and savory flavor. They are typically marinated with salt and paprika, then fried until golden brown 🇪🇸Considered a staple in Spanish bars, torreznos are especially associated with the province of Soria, where they have received a "marca de garantía" for quality👌 They can be enjoyed as a tapa or snack 😋

Yummy pork and beef meatballs from Dartmouth Butchers made with Spanish Brandy sauce cooking in real time for a customer 👩🏻‍🍳 It's not all about Paellas amigos, I do cook other delicious and traditional Spanish mains and this is one of my favourites.
