I am delighted to be organising a wellbeing retreat with Yoga Senses, Kim Brindley Mind Hub and Serenity Sound Healing.

The event is on Sept 14th from 10 am to 4 pm, and will be held in a stunning countryside location at Skylarks farm in Staverton, Near Daventry, Northamptonshire.

The day will include yoga, meditation, a sound bath and an EFT session all designed to calm and rejuvenate.
