We're back with another Sea Swim & Sauna AND PIZZA this weekend in Dunfanaghy with Cocoon Sauna 🌊

Who can join our Derry Meet Ups?

Well, in the same way a wee English fella can become a Derry Girl, anyone is welcome to join Derry Meet Ups.

To put it simply, our events will cater to the wishes of our community, which mainly consists of women aged 25 to 45. However, what truly matters to us is not your age, gender or background, but the spirit you bring. As Michelle says, it's a 'fu**in state of mind' 🩷

If our events spark your interest, and you're someone who approaches life with a kind heart and an open mind, then you're in. That is our only criteria.

There are LOADS of new faces for me here so I thought I'd jump in and introduce myself 🥰

My name is Cassie. I came home to Derry nearly 3 years ago after being away for over 20 years! Yep, my accent's a bit of a mix.. but I hope you find it more charming than confusing! 😅

Returning to Derry was a heart decision – I needed a big life reset and where better than running home to your Mammy, right? It wasn’t long before I fell in love with our city and its incredible community, deciding then and there to rebuild my life here from the ground up.

My journey has been all about creating a life filled with joy, new experiences, and cherished (yet sadly) long-distance friendships. As a self-employed, sober and child-free girlie, I found there weren't many opportunities to make new friends.

That was until I realized I wasn’t alone in feeling this way. Many of us, with all different lifestyles, are seeking connections, new experiences, and genuine friendships.

That sparked the idea: why not craft a space where we all can make all of this magic happen? And so, Derry Meet Ups was born 🧚🏻‍♀️

I'm buzzing with all the ideas brewing for our community! But this isn’t just about what I dream up; it’s about what you envision, too.

What adventures do you want to embark on? What experiences are you craving? Let's dream big, share freely, and build something magical together 🌟

Already I can tell the energy from this community is going to be stellar!

Derry Meets Up does exactly what it says on the tin... when the idea sparked, my creative energy was pretty low, but hey, why wait for a stroke of genius? We needed to get this ball rolling, and so we did!

After that, I headed straight to Vinny Doherty Design who made some magic with our branding 😍

We’re just getting started, and who knows? We might mix things up with a new name down the road. But for now, let’s focus on shaping this community together.
