BRESSINGHAM AND FERSFIELD VILLAGE HALL AND RECREATION GROUND

Please be advised that works are scheduled to commence on the recreation ground’s play equipment week commencing Monday 4th November 2024. This area of the field will therefore be fenced off and not accessible to the public until works are complete.

Fancy something different to kick off the Christmas season? Join us for a murder mystery at Bressingham and Fersfield Village Hall on 30th November 2024. Tickets are £12 and are on sale now at Bressingham Village Shop. Includes Christmas buffet. Door and bar open from 6.30 pm.

All funds raised to go towards the upkeep of our village hall.

All set up for today’s Summer Fete at the Hall. Some fantastic Flower Show entries this morning, we have tantalising cakes, traditional village games, Tombola, BBQ, beat the goalie and a fun Dog Show all ready for our community to enjoy. What a wonderful way to spend this gorgeous Saturday ☀️🌻

The village flower show and fete is back! Come and support us in any way you can. We are aiming to raise funds for new play equipment for the recreation ground. Book a boot sale pitch or stall, enter your pooch in the dog show, get your produce noticed at the flower show or simply come along for a relaxing Pimms. Please see poster below for contact details.

We have a lot of very exciting announcements coming up, and this is the first!

By popular demand, our “Flyball Fundamentals” is BACK for 2024! 🥳🥳

A 6 Week beginners flyball course Thursday evenings from April 4th - May 9th 2024 😁

Do you fancy trying something fun and learning some new skills with a group of likeminded people and dogs? Shaping behaviours, teaching your dogs to use their bodies and brains, learning how to play and reward, AND strengthening your bond? This course is for you!

It was such a success last year we can’t wait to get stuck in with a new group. All ages, breeds and experience levels welcome (including puppies! 🥰)

The village hall committee held a Macmillan coffee morning today and had fantastic support. Thank you to all that volunteerd to help out, baked cakes, donated raffle prizes, turned up and parted with your hard-earned cash. We raised an amazing £500!

‼️The children’s play area on our wonderful Bressingham Playing Field is currently under construction‼️

With a team of hardworking people we have removed anything deemed unsafe and are working behind the scenes to engineer a new and improved area. We are researching thoroughly into grants, weighing up options for fun, upgraded kit, and we have some awesome ideas from the fantastic pupils of Bressingham Primary School to help make the play area better than ever.

Introducing “Flyball Fundamentals”

A new, fun, 6 Week Flyball beginners course, starting June 29th 2023!

Flyball isn’t just about being fast, loud and crazy, the training teaches fundamental skills between dog and handler that can be translated into anything, for example shaping behaviours or learning how to properly play with your dog. Flyball creates and strengthens bonds like no other sport, tests your comfort zones and makes you and your dog closer than ever!
