Hi guys literally don't know where to start with today's post ππππ
Since taking the keys on for our new little tearoom we have had so many set backs and I mean ssssoooo many, BUT we have powered through and done everything we could to get back on track. Today I have literally sat and cried over spilt milk, a 4 pint bottle that has dropped and exploded everywhere so the flooring has to come back up for me to clean it as we all know how awful spoilt milk smells, we have had problems with the electric, I have had stock delivered where the packaging has been ripped so dropped all over the floor, my new range oven has decided only half of it will work now so down to 2 ovens, the electrician can't get here until tomorrow to sort out electrics out and the list goes on and on. So I have spent today moving all my baking equipment and ingredients back home so I can bake there (5 hygiene rating at home as you all know fully inspected and registered already), and what last minute work was getting done tonight is on hold so we can rip all the flooring up and clean BUT we will be open on Saturday as planned, if it kills me which after today is a possibility although we may still have bits to do we will be open and fingers crossed see a lot of you x
