We are excited to be taking part in
’s Healthy Eating Week 2023 next week because healthy eating should be .

On monday 12th June we will be focusing on ensuring students get their 5 a day with our fantastic vegetable linguine.

Unfortunately due to supplier isses we can no longer provide our popular quorn hotdogs.
But dont worry, we can now serve these fantastic school compliant pizza rolls which I am sure will be just as successful amongst our students

Our students have fully embraced their new clearing station during lunch time. Students learn vital life skills that will allow them to think more about the domestic chores required not just in school but within their homes.

We support the use of palm oil as an ingredient in a wide variety of foods. To ensure our use has no negative consequences (both ethical and enviromental), all our products that contain palm oil or palm oil derivatives used in products supplied to us are to be sustainably sourced.

Our suppliers must ensure that
- The palm oil comes from plantations fully in line with the local laws and regulation
- Do not come from forest areas which have high conservation value
- Do not come from development peat lands
-Support free, prior and informed consent of indigenous and local communities

Are you as clever as an egg?

Eggs are a good source of high-quality protein and are versatile. They can be poached, boiled, dry fried or scrambled.

Eggs are a healthy and cost effective breakfast. Egg whites are fat free and and are deemed as a 'complete protein' meaning it contains all the essential amino acids. Proteins also take longer to digest so it will keep you and your child fuller for longer!

Why not make a swap of sugary cereals to some good old egg and soldiers or a simple scrambeled egg on toast. the posibilities are endless!!
