Christmas Grazing for Doncaster this evening. They are holding a wreath making workshop and wanted a Spanish inspired menu which we were happy to create, with Tortilla, Spanish Manchego and Truffle infused Sheep’s cheese, alongside Serrano, Fuet and Chorizo cured meats. Aioli was served as well as a Spanish Style Rice Salad. Good old Homemade Mince Pies served with Fresh Cream and Dried Fruits to finish
