Any soft play companies, please AVOID using -ordered a product in August 22 and full payment was taken, nothing delivered and no contact! Finally after 2 months of leaving voicemails I got a reply via email and was promised a refund on 3rd December; nearly 3 months on, NO REFUND given and am constantly told refund will be with me on this day and that day. I have now reported them to trading standards as NO ONE deserves to have money just taken off them- absolutely shocking that a company that has been running for 18 years has the audacity to treat customers this way!
