I offer a variety of products suitable for all occasions and to suit every budget. Products include; keyrings to notebooks, mugs/glasses to water bottles, money jars to custom made garments and much much MORE!

About Me
So…who am I you may ask, strangely my name is not Aisla ((shock)), Aisla is my beautiful 2-year-old niece. I named my business “Aisla’s Crafty Creations” for 3 reasons 1) unusual name that stands out from the crowd 2) First girl in the family for over 20 years! 3) you may ask, why I haven’t used my own children’s names, I will explain this shortly.
Ok, so my name is Sarah, I’m married to my best friend Simon, I’m 31-years-old and a Mum to 2 boys from Doncaster, Evan (13) and Kyran (9). (Hence why I haven’t used my children’s names they would cringe with embarrassment lol). Evan is my little trooper he knows what he wants and will work hard till he gets it, obviously taking after his Mum 😉. Kyran, how can I explain him? well he’s simply a devil! The stories are true, second child certainly keeps you on your toes! Both boys enjoy the Xbox and attend kickboxing classes 3 times a week and when there in the mood (or wanting money) they help in the workshop and bring ideas for future products, which I love!
I’m currently working towards a BA Hons Business Management Degree in Doncaster and when I return in September it will be my final year!! Together with my passion for designing and creating it all works pretty well together.
I’m so lucky to have such a loving family that continue to support me along my journey, I couldn’t do it without them.

Please note:
All purchases exclude P&P costs unless stated otherwise. P&P costs will be made clear on confirmation of an order.
Payment
Orders that are to be posted must be paid for in advance via PayPal (Please state your full name in the reference section).
For orders for collection, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required via PayPal. (Please state your full name in the reference section).
Delivery/Collection
We use my Hermes courier to deliver your goods. Parcels are tracked and require a signature for which tracking information will be provided on request.
For small items we use Royal Mail postal service for which proof of postage can be presented on request.
FREE collection from Doncaster.
Dispatch
All orders will be dispatched to the address shown on the customers PayPal account unless stated otherwise. We will not be liable for any mistakes made with an address details that as been provided directly from the customer.
Dispatch time 2-3 working days unless otherwise stated on placing the order
My Hermes states 3-5 working days upon receipt of goods for delivery
Royal Mail states 2-3 working days for 2nd class postage
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order is placed, however, any cancellations after this timescale 50% of the final sale will be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods can be returned within 14 days, however, P&P costs would be covered by the buyer. To arrange a return, a clear email or message via Facebook Business page (Aisla’s Crafty Creations and Printing) would be required with details of the fault/damage and a photograph of the good/s with the date visible.
Data Protection
Please note that all information including; name, address, telephone number, email address, social media accounts, PayPal information will not be disclosed to any third party.
Information provided via PayPal will be electronically stored on the account but not in any other electronic and/or written forms. Access to the company’s PayPal account is restricted to one employee only who takes full responsibility for the information.
Details supplied by the customer will be deleted/shredded from Facebook Inbox, email and/or written format immediately after the recipient receives their order.
All such information supplied by the customer to our company, Aisla’s Crafty Creations and Printing, will be used solely for communication, payment/refund and delivery purposes only between the two parties (Customer and Aisla’s Crafty Creations and Printing).
