We are on the look out for a new Kitchen Manager to join our Hexham team!👨🏻‍🍳

-based in Hexham
-Monday-Friday (Weekends off!)
-Full time position 5day / 50hr week + Overtime
-Working times circa 6am-4pm (nights off!)
-Starting Annual Salary £30,000 + Loyalty Bonus
-Driving license required
-You will need assertiveness, Great leadership, Organisational & communication skills.

Duties include:
-Operating & Managing our hexham trailer
-Recruiting, training & supervising staff
-Managing & working closely with your team on their tasks & performance
-Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation
-Controlling stock & suppliers; creating rotas & menu development
-Managing our jiffy van & its stock

Hello Everyone 👋🏻
I operate catering trailers up at the grandstand during TT & Manx Races & I’m looking for people to join our team.
Previous hospitality / Catering experience preferred but happy to train if required.
Job roles available will be the likes of kitchen assistants, Chefs, Till clerks, Kitchen porters, Prep chefs.
Rates of pay based on age & experience.
Interviews will be taking place next Monday 9th - Wednesday 11th in Douglas.
