Something's cooking in the @lovefoodibiza kitchen! Actually we've been cooking loads of Tess' delicious recipes so far this week on her @secretsfromyogakitchen retreat here on her home turf island of Ibiza.

Gluten-free, high protein dark chocolate 'brownie' tart slice. Refined sugar -free and sweetened with a date and banana puree.
I prefer it to a traditional brownie... There, I said it!

The last hurrah of summer scones but flavour bombed with warming autumnal spices of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Studded with figs, pecans, cranberries, almonds and the last of my Perigord chestnut honey.
Healthy balance isn't boring. Dinner tonight was a bulgar wheat salad with charred courgettes, chopped cranberries, mint and fresh tomatoes. Topped with super budget busting, diced harrisa chichen thighs ( the tastiest part of a chuck, if you ask me) and an harrisa and mint kefir yoghurt dressing. Where's my fork?
