🌱Spring Equinox Sound Bath tomorrow evening. Come along for an evening of sound immersion with crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum and gentle mediation music. Lie down, relax and zone out.🌱

The Wheel of Year is turning - 20th March 2023

On the Spring Equinox, also known as Ostara, night and day are again equal in length, and following this, the days will grow longer than the nights. The Spring Equinox is a time of renewal, a time to plant seeds as the earth once again comes to life. We decorate eggs as a symbol of hope, life and fertility, and we perform rituals to energize ourselves so that we can find the power and passion to live and grow.

Use this time of renewal and rebirth to get yourself straightened out, in balance, on the right path to a happy, healthy life.

🤍STUDIO OPEN DAY🤍

I have a studio space available to hire at Galloway House, The Crichton. It is fully refurbed and has a small kitchen. There will be oppurtunity to hire via a day rate and hourly rate. Most evenings/weekends/Mondays & Fridays will be available for yoga, pilates, therapies,workshops, training, small birthday parties etc.

🤍I will be in the studio between 10am-2pm ish on Mon 9th Jan if anyone would like to come and have a look and a cuppa, very informal and relaxed.

🤍It is Galloway House, The Crichton, suite 16. It has Rose Wellbeing Therapies on the signage.
