What an amazing night to DJ at Hetland Hall Hotel!

For their first dance, Kerry and Jamie chose the James Arthur song “Say You Won’t Let Go”. Their bridal party and guests joined them on the dancefloor halfway through the first dance.
After that it was straight into the dance and party tunes. It was great to see the dancefloor busy right up until the buffet.

When the guests were finishing off their buffet we did the Mr & Mrs questions which always goes down well.

Right after the buffet Shades of Sax performed his power hour set. What an awesome atmosphere Ewan creates. His Sax skills are amazing.

I then played for the last hour and we had an incredible finish to the night.

Well done to Best Man Owen and to the Bridesmaids, Karen, Christine, Taylor-Louise, Stacie and Briitnie.

Great to work alongside good friend Ewan from Shades of Sax at Hetland Hall Hotel last night.

Ewan performed his power hour package from 10.00pm until 11.00pm last night and was absolutely incredible!

Last night the prestigious Scottish Wedding Awards took place in Glasgow. Due to family commitments I was unable to attend.

The win didn't happen but I am absolutely delighted to announce that I received the runner up award in the DJ Category! 🙂

A very enjoyable night providing my DJ service for the wedding of Jenny and Alec at the Cally Palace Hotel & Golf Course

Jenny and Alec performed an amazing choreographed first dance to the Skerryvore song: Take My Hand.

It was then into a mixture Ceilidh music plus Jenny and Alec’s chosen songs and also guest requests.

Just after the buffet, Jenny danced with her dad David to the Steven Curtis song: Cinderella

The front screen on the disco was designed to match in with the wedding theme.

Last night was my first wedding of 2025! What a great wedding to start the year off.

I had an amazing time helping Harry, Rachel and their guests celebrate their wedding at GGs Yard Laggan

For their first dance, Harry and Rachel chose “All I Need To Hear” by the 1975. They asked if I could fade the song early and then ask everyone to join them for the second dance, Calvin Harris and Rhianna “This Is What You Came For” which worked very well.

After a few songs we had the Father/Daughter dance, with Rachel dancing with her dad Kenny to the Robbie Williams song “Something Beautiful”

The rest of the night was a mixture of Harry and Rachel’s chosen songs and guest requests.

Harry and Rachel chose to finish off the night with Mr Brightside and then Loch Lomond.

Shout out the Best Men Caleb and Johnny, to Maid Of Honour Louise and bridesmaids Rebecca, Phoebe, Reece and Daniella.

Congratulations Harry and Rachel, thanks very much for booking Jingles Wedding Disco to DJ your wedding.

Unfortunately the win wasn't meant to be at last nights Confetti awards but what an incredible journey.
I am so proud to have made it to the finals, and being recognised alongside so many talented suppliers in the wedding industry is a huge honour.

This was a smaller intimate Wedding, with some of Kacper’s family and friends travelling all the way from Poland.

Everyone was up for a party. It really was a fantastic Wedding to DJ.

It was such a treat to incorporate some Polish music into the evening and see everyone come together on the dance floor. It made for an unforgettable celebration!
