Well ladies & gentlemen, what a way to finish the year off….
My wonderful friends from Soul Street raised the energy levels upto 11 for an early evening singalong of soul classics mixed in with some good old fashioned oldies for good measure. Amazing atmosphere created by the band & the fabulous crowd, a really special night & perfect sign off for 2024.

Wonderful gig at The White Room tonight performing my debut set of original songs. Really enjoyed the experience although a totally different kind of gig for me, helped massively by the ever awesome Finn McArdle..
Huge thanks to the superb Marshall Nattrass for opening the night & then the awesome 4 song cameo from Doug Brown, performing for the first time in a long time & my amazing ‘choir’ for helping me on a couple of emotional songs..

Original Music Night..
Well.. after being inspired by the many awesome singer songwriters who have performed at the White Room since its started, I have decided to try this myself & see what it’s all about… 😬
So I’m performing a full set of my original songs interspersed with a few suitable covers for the occasion.

The fantastic Beatles Unplugged
The end of a brilliant day, long & tiring but worth every bloody minute. Tonight’s show with the superb ‘Beatles Unplugged’ was top drawer, amazing duo with fantastic harmonies & their arrangements were perfect & crowd absolutely loved them. Great lads too…
Looking forward to having them back next year..

Old Red Eyes…
The wonderful Andrew Johnson performed his one man (Paul Heaton) ‘Old Red Eyes’ show tonight & was absolutely superb, he had been laid up all week with flu but it didn’t show as he put everything into this gig.
An amazing back catalogue to pick from helped the brill set list which was hugely enjoyed by all…

The name given to tonight’s band may have been a bit of fun however they most certainly didn’t disappoint!!
A brilliant, fun, snowman flying, engaging, self deprecating, humorous & rather uplifting show tonight with Dek & his wonderful band.
They brought both Miserable Les’s songs & festive classics to life for a very happy & attentive audience .
Ka Ka Cars, Janitors daughter & the Elvis themed song were just some of the many highlights..
Here’s their cracking version of ‘I don’t care’
