Due to Lumiere being in the city centre (and with light installations in the Market Place), unfortunately, this means that our Saturday Outdoor Market cannot go ahead this week. 😔

As our lovely outdoor traders will be missing out on their regular Saturday sales with us, we would love it if you could show your support for them next Saturday when they return. There is such a wide range of products available, many of which would make perfect Christmas presents 🎁, so come and take a look to see what gems (and absolute bargains!) you can find!

🚨 Please help - lost property found! 🚨

A gold wedding ring 💍 has been found and handed in to us at the Management Office inside Durham Market Hall. If you have lost your wedding ring or know who the ring belongs to, please visit the management office, located upstairs on the mezzanine level, or send us a message here so that we can return it to its rightful owner.

On Friday, starting at 10am, you can meet members of our heroic uniformed services who protect and help us daily. 🫶
Attending on the day are representatives from:

Kids can explore real emergency vehicles, try out kit, and even turn on the sirens (sorry, parents 😅). Older kids and young adults can chat to the teams about what it’s like to work in the services and how to get involved.

With free face painting and a brilliant community atmosphere, it’s the perfect family day out in the heart of Durham! ❤️🧡 💛
