What a day yesterday for Samantha & Lynsey! It had been a wee while since I was at but what a day! We spent most of the day dodging the rain but Sam & Lynsey were up for a challenge and little things like wedding dresses were not going to stop them getting onto that jetty for some pics, even if we had to climb over rocks, risk falling in the loch or get caught in the rain! But wasn’t it worth it!! Full supplier list coming but huge shout out to the ones I remember below.
What a day yesterday, one of the loveliest couples I have ever met, they just radiated happiness! And they even made us personalised goody bags 🥰🥰🥰 they had their day the way they wanted it with a wedding breakfast before the ceremony and a late ceremony and big party!!! It worked out perfect! Yesterday seen me climbing a mountain….well climbing a hill but felt like a mountain 🤣 to capture some lovely shots of Claire & Connor (and Izzy) on their engagement anniversary at the place they got engaged 🥰. Just attended the most beautiful and intimate wedding at the Corinthian in Glasgow! Aileen & Billy’s day was pure magic, with a lovely chilled-out vibe and a stunning cream, peach, and orange color scheme. Every detail was perfect, from the heartfelt vows to the cozy reception. Congratulations to the happy couple! 🥂
This afternoon I caught up with Lindsay & Dale and their beautiful daughter Lottie at the stunning where I will be shooting their wedding in August. They then took me to a little spot that’s special to them where I seen gorgeous little brown lambs, I didn’t even know they came in brown 😂.How gorgeous is this little family and what a smiler Lottie is.

Mhairi + David you were an absolute joy. I cried during the ceremony by because it was just so lovely. Then I got to whisk these guys away for 20 minutes. I didn’t find out till the ride back that David is also a wedding supplier as he’s the singer of wedding band The Trueloves. No pressure 😂 How happy does he look behind the wheel of the Ferrari he arrived in. He was even happier when Mhari said I do. It was great to be back at The Castle Rooms where the staff did an amazing job.

Jemma & Kyle, had the sweetest day with their 2 witnesses. Kyle's mum acting as both mother of the groom and maid of honour for Jemma and Kyle grandad as well as their gorgeous daughter. It was my first time at the Burns Monument Centre and it was gorgeous.

Yesterday saw me back at to meet with Jacqui and David and of course their rescue pup Poppy. These guys were my competition winners earlier in the year so it was lovely to catch up with them.

I have worked with Eilidh a few times at weddings as she is part of the team so it was lovely to be part of her wedding reception on Friday. Eilidh and Darren got married in Cyprus but it rained on their wedding day so this was a chance to get some more beautiful shots at their home reception.
