It was an absolute pleasure to provide our services for Sam & Pat’s Wedding last weekend, a Huge Congratulations to you both🥂🍾 A good time had by all in the glorious sunshine 🌞 the venue was perfect!.. set in the small countryside village of Coates not far from our home town Retford 😬

First time out this year for our gorgeous Petal Pole Marquee, also our In house Handmade Rustic Tables🙌🏻Thanks to all our couples who made the trip to see us last weekend & the marquee all set up for themselves, hopefully you can now picture and plan how your special day will work☺️ First time outing for our recently purchased Tetrad Oskar Vintage Sofas. Previously used in an officers mess at a RAF base in the Snowdonia region. Also our curved outdoor rattan set paired with our smokeless gas fire pit 🔥 so no smokey wedding clothes and a much safer option if in a wooded area.

We are Meadow and Marquee! A brand new pop-up marquee space new for 2024 🙌🏼

We have a wealth of knowledge within the wedding industry, with over 25 years of wedding catering under our belts plus over 15 years of wedding planning experience!

Now is our chance to showcase how it’s done on our very own piece of land in the beautiful English countryside.

Based on the outskirts of Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire. We are within easy reach of the A1 and Newark train stations.

We aim to host relaxed, fun-filled weddings and we encourage style, personality and most importantly, a celebration of LOVE ❤️

We are sooo excited to be able to open our gates officially and showcase our brand new marquee by in spring this year 🌸

By appointment only - we are now taking bookings between 27th April- 5th May for viewings of our marquee.

Our stunning Petal Pole Marquee with all the trimmings you’d need for your special day..
Fairy lit canopy with coloured wall wash lighting,
Rustic tables and chairs, Matting flooring, Dance-floor, Bar unit and furniture,
Connected Catering Marquee supplied with flooring, tables, lighting and power,
The package is for up to 130 guests..
Installation, delivery, pack down and collection all included within a hundred mile radius.
