It’s been a hell of a year everything’s all packed away and ready for the busy season ahead
We’ve never been so busy at this time of year!

A few pictures from one of our latest projects. The event was previously booked for November 2020, But the client decided to postpone and hold their event a year later. With almost 15 months in the planning and working with one of the best event planners in the uk her vision and creativity turned the Clients dreams into reality I’m sure you’ll all agree.

As you can imagine running your own business is non stop, I will work 8-14 hour days 6 days a week marquee erecting, I can be at home on an evening or weekend and be replying to customers day or night! If im awake I reply I will even work out quotes for customers there and then! 7pm 10pm I don’t mind. That’s all apart of running my own business.
On the rare occasion I may forget to reply to someone, please bare in mind I have messages on what’s app, this page, my personal fb page, email, text messages and voicemail so it is easy for me to forget someone every now and then so if I do please do give me a nudge.

That being said quite often I’ll get customers message me for quotes and reply straight away until they have the quote and don’t even have the decency to reply a thank you!!
Again it’s all part of running your own business but it winds me up!
I’m not the cheapest and I am busy! I’m reliable do a good job and good customer service! I’m busy for these reasons not because I’m cheap.

So please if your one of these people just remember how much I’m actually working! Not 8-4 really 24 hours a day and have the decency to at least thank me for taking my time out of my day, evening or night for doing your quote for you, I won’t be offended if you don’t want the work done. If I got all my jobs I would start to become unreliable trying to please everyone. Hence my pricing!
