Some of you may have noticed that I haven’t been posting much lately, and that is because we’re in the process of moving house! We thought we would be moving this month, but even the best laid plans often go awry, and we have STILL not got a moving date! 🙈
Because I work from my home kitchen, I am only taking on new bookings within a certain time frame, as I can’t guarantee I will have a kitchen to work from.
But hopefully I’ll be back to being able to book up to full capacity soon 🤞🏻

We had such an amazing year, making memories with a trip to Lapland, spending Christmas with our lovely family! Having the kids’ Christmas photos taken by the incredible just topped it off! 100% recommend her work, and the family are absolutely in LOVE with the Christmas calendars that we made for them this year! ♥️

The CHRISTMAS EVE BOXES are here!!
Featuring a variety of delicious cheeses, cured meats, pigs in blankets, mini mince pies, festive chutney, crackers, fruit, nuts, sweet treats, a red velvet slice from , candy canes, a hand decorated Christmas cookie (choice of design) and more, these boxes are sure to be a winter treat to either share with the family or enjoy once the kids are in bed whilst you wrap the last of the gifts!

2 person box from £40
4-6 person box from £90

*contains nuts, gluten, dairy, meat, wheat and other allergens. Vegetarian boxes available on request*.

Optional extras can be added:
If you’re gifting these boxes, a Christmas card with your message can be added on for £1,
Or a mini bottle of premium Bottega Prosecco for £6.

Collection is available on the mornings of the 23rd or 24th, or for a delivery fee they can be delivered within 12 miles of Eastbourne on the 23rd of December* subject to a delivery fee.(Everything keeps in the fridge for 48 hours).

Spaces are limited on both days. Please DM or email to order. Some last minute slots are still available for Grazing tables up until the 22nd of December.

Sandwich platters, a crudité platter and a large bowl of our pasta salad was the perfect lunchtime treat for a team meeting for our clients this week!

I have had quite a few new followers recently, so thought I would reintroduce myself to all of those that don’t know who is the face behind Hope & Graze 🤍🌿

Hi, I’m Nikki, and I am the creator of my little grazing company, which was started during lockdown 2020, after I was made redundant from my job in Hospitality.
Every day I have to pinch myself on how well this little risk has paid off! I originally wanted to start a local events company, as I really did believe that I had some great ideas flying around in this head of mine, but instead kind of fell into this catering role, and I would like to think that I’ve fully embraced it over these last 3 years!

About me:
I’m Married to my wonderful husband, Dan, who I’ve had two beautiful, intelligent, and fiercely independent little girls, Olivia & Camilla. Everything I have done in the last three years, I have done to create a better future for my children. I thought that starting my own business would mean more time with them, which hasn’t necessarily been true, but my clients & friends who have been supporting my business have made it possible for my time with them to be so rewarding, and for that, I thank you 🤍

This last year we have been quietly expanding with some gorgeous venues choosing us to be their recommended caterers, and I couldn’t be prouder of the direction we are headed in! I am so excited to slowly becoming a well known catering company within East Sussex and look forward to what lies ahead! Watch this space! You may even get to meet my catering assistants!

We’ve been listening, and finally included our Classic Charcuterie box over the Mother’s Day weekend. This one has a little twist, with the extra Mother’s Day biscuit and chocolate hearts, as well as a delicious pink cheddar!

The 2 person Charcuterie box starts at £40 & The 4/6 person box starts at £85.

You are able to add on either a MINI bottle of Bottega Prosecco for £6 each, or a bottle of Raspberry lemonade for £4. 🥂
I am offering free morning collection from our Eastbourne home, or we can offer delivery for the afternoon, which is available to travel as far as East Dean, Pevensey Bay or Hailsham for an additional delivery fee.

It’s a bit chilly outside, but it is ALWAYS going to be a perfect time for cheese, no matter the weather!

Here’s a set up that I put together for a Wake earlier this week. The client chose the classic white florals and green foliage with some gold accents. This type of set up comes as standard with all of our pricing.
I’ve got some really exciting set ups booked in the diary, including the Halloween weekend, which I’m sooo excited for!
