Coming soon fortnightly , a creative wellbeing group for all those in recovery . This will be a friendly support group open to any kind of recovery , including addiction , grief ,mental health issues , loss , loneliness and a great way to come together and make new friends .
Creative activities can help people express and manage their emotions in a positive way so we will be doing lots of lovely activities. So come and join me . Love and light Annabel x

Tonight we have our Vision Board workshop! For all men and women in recovery to map out their future goals and aspirations- All materials provided but if there’s anything specific you want to include (family pictures or photographs of pets etc) please bring them with you! The more the merrier and we can’t wait to do this. What a wonderful way to start the year 🤗 Just turn up on the night just before 6pm so we can start with a meditation by the wonderful Annabelle.
