It took us a while to get here, getting a bit distracted by life, but we'd like to thank our final photographer for the D.H Lawrence Music Festival day ... the main man Alex Blades

He came to me at the start of the year at a gig I was playing and offered his services, explaining what they did at the fantastic Hockley Hustle. Bringing together a team to cover all the venues and show off what the whole festival is about.

I can't thank Alex enough for his work building up to and on the day of the festival.

George Gadd + The Aftermath smashed their set at our festival this year! Why not go grab a ticket to their hometown show this weekend. Ticket in comments.

Gigging gives me great joy, would love to see folks far and wide at these dates. Most of these, I am actually putting on myself or are being promoted by DIY promoters who do it for love so please grab your tickets to avoid any stress on our end!

There's going to be a few changes to the festival next year, to streamline it a bit and hopefully focus on quality over quantity. But more to be revealed in the new year.

The festival will take place on 5th September 2026. The festival promotes local musicians, the town of Eastwood and the work of it's greatest export D.H. Lawrence. We had a wonderful photography team run around our venues this year, which was headed up by Alex Blades.

We had some fantastic photographers out and about this year, specially Alex Blades and his team who worked tirelessly all day ... but hang on there a min as theyve got a lot to edit!

Thank you again to BlindEye for being our charity this year! They are always a joy to work with and a very special charity.

10 years of The D.H Lawrence Music Festival completed!

Music in 14 eastwood venues, with 150+ acts travelling around the town, and who knows how many punters! ... you were all amazing and made this easily our biggest festival yet.

From acts saying it was their favorite gig to date, to venues telling us it was the busiest theyve been in 12 years, we're really proud that we can provide this event to the people of eastwood each year.

Just a few thank yous as always.
