So much of the show is because of the support & volunteers plus the cars of course BUT the show would not exist if it wasn't for the beast of the machine our very own chair & vice chair (sure they won't mind is calling them a beast 🤣)

Peter has been with the Edenbridge Motor Show from the beginning from its start up working hard to keep the show a success & moving forward. He is still heavily involved with the show and we wouldn't have it any other way.

At the helm is our Anita a formidable individual pushing and striving to support the community, local business and is the very being of this show, why it still exists & will continue to thrive as we zoom into the next year of planning 2023.

You would have seen both of them I am sure High Vis'd up running around with not a second to themselves hence no pics of them from the actual day - they were too busy for any papps to get them 😜 so from us to you

Today's introduction is a special one, Peter has been part of Edenbridge Motor Show from the begining when the great idea was put into action back in 2015.

Peter is still a huge part of the show & is a vital cog in our very own machine

"I have been involved in organising the Edenbridge Motor Show since it began in 2015. After the chambers success in organising the Classic Car Parade as part of the Edenbridge Fun Day, which saw John Surtees racing his F1 Ferrari around the streets of Edenbridge. There was such popular support for a community event like this in Edenbridge that the chamber began the Edenbridge Motor Show and it has grown in stature among the exhibitors and gone from strength to strength making it one of the biggest events in the area. While at the heart of the show are all the excellent clubs and individual exhibitors, we are proud that this is a friendly show for the whole family and I am proud to be a part of it"

I have a select few counsel in my life who advise me well and today one of these very important people that have come into my life was a very much needed mini kick up the butt 😘
Her words of wisdom were "don't let the stress take over your mind as this will block the doors to be truly opened & opportunities to land in your path" with these few words a little grey cloud lifted. These were very apt words for me as of late as sometimes you make the wrong decisions but it's what you do with them that counts. The decision I made recently was to correct a decision that wasn't quite right for my business and it was time to walk away from that very decision this has inturn created a wee bit of stress but these words really have resonated with me, your journey is what you make it and things will go wrong or not to plan and that's ok !
