It’s honestly feels like yesterday that I was sat on a Zoom call with the community champions where .karl was telling us about a wee pop up AF bar he was planning.

Fast forward to now and he is FAMOUS! 🤩

Not only for making a HUGE success with .fromco bar, but by booking in festivals, events with BIG names, having a MASSIVE digital billboard, doing fun, and now he has an AF Sour, called Boring AF which is in response to a comment that a troll left on an Instagram post.

Massive well done Karl, you are amazing! Cant wait to crack one of these open tonight! 💕

🏃🏻‍♀️ CONSISTENCY IS KEY 🏃🏻‍♀️

This is something I hear all the time and to be quite honest - I find it SO annoying.. however.. is it true!

Now that I have been running for a year, and have a year’s worth of data on - I can SEE that I need to be more consistent with my running..

But in business, it’s sometimes not easy to physically see this! Whether it’s posting on social media, writing blog posts, growing your email list, creating new products - if you don’t do tasks each day to build your business, you may never get there!

Break down everything into manageable chunks (omg - flashback! 🤣) and it will be easier!

Getting slightly obsessed with .world mushroom powders! 🍄‍🟫

We watched a really interesting documentary last night all about fungi and my god, it’s fascinating! And I’ve just discovered the so guess what I’ll be listening to today?!

We’ve been having Reishi powder before bed (in a peppermint tea, or warm milk) as it aids N-REM sleep (where you recover the most), promoting deep, restful sleep 💤
