Whether holding a meeting, counselling session, fitness classes, an event, a party, a wedding or more - make sure to consider us! Centre E Community Hub is a community based venue in the heart of the Ely, Cambridgeshire. We offer a wide range of facilities for hire at very affordable rates, including our Main Hall with a large mirrored wall for dance classes, fitness sessions, parties, events, wed

dings and much more. The hall also features a newly equipped kitchen with cooking facilities and also large event capable toilet facilities. We also offer meeting rooms, counselling rooms, a therapy room with massage table, a training kitchen and various other spaces besides, with plans to expand in 2024 to further meet the needs of our ever growing user base. Whist we have full occupancy at the moment, we also offer a range of offices for small and startup businesses in Ely. Centre E is selling some unwanted items through a local auction.

If you need a new office desk, filing cabinet, wooden racking shelves, single chairs etc etc, and would like to support the Centre, why not head over to the auction website and bid.

Items can be found on the YPL or Littleport Auction website. Click on the ‘Furniture and Garden Auction’ and find our lots under the letter ‘C’. Bidding is online only and everything finishes on the dot of 8pm tomorrow night (Wednesday 23rd August).

OFFICE SPACE AVAILABLE @ Centre E, Ely

Criteria: applicant should ideally have a charity or community service connection, or be a startup business.

Room 11 is available for rental immediately for sole occupation.

Measurements: (approximately) 200 sq ft

First floor and to the rear of the building, so ideal for lone working or small team rather than frequent visitors, and very quiet.

Rent to be confirmed but in the region of £265 per month inc all utilities, heat and light.
Shared toilet facilities.

Optional additional £20 per month to be wired to the internet system.

Terms: One month notice from either party.
