There are lots of opportunities to get active in from sports teams to yoga…here’s a few we have found out about…if you know of any others then let us know!

1. Sports
2. Saturday soccer school
3. Inclusive sports with the Special Olympics in a Saturday at Erdington Academy
4. Women only exercise classes at St Barnabus every Thursday
5. Walking rugby every Wednesday at Spring Lane Playing Fields
6-7. Two opportunities to try out yoga on Monday and Tuesdays
8. runs classes through the week
9-10. Kids rugby classes every Sunday
11. Erdington walking group every Monday evening
