Summer Barbecue Experience
Of all the aroma’s that outdoor eating produces, there is nothing more evocative of cherished childhood memories, and as liberating on a baking hot summers day, than the satiating smell of delicious meats popping, fizzing, and sizzling on a charcoal BBQ; the real taste of summer. Our experience of pricking a free-range pork banger, flipping an free range rare breed beef

burger doused in hickory smoked sauce, throwing a chilli-infused soy shrimp, marinating a luscious corn-fed chicken and skewering mint and rosemary kebabs, means that, once you’ve tried one of our BBQ experiences, the bar will be irreversibly raised. What an INCREDIBLE summer! Our best yet by far, and it is time to say no more…

We’ve been delivering 2-3 events a week since May, and September is now fully booked also. We couldn’t fit in any more BBQing if we tried!!

We’ll be taking a much needed rest in October and then we’ll be back for the Xmas season at our amazing new venue in Shoreditch (more on that soon!)

If we couldn’t fit you in this year please do get in touch with dates for next summer well in advance to avoid disappointment.

And the stars of the show… The delicious rotisserie beef, the 8 hour cook hog roast with crackling, the asado lamb, and some cheeky chocolate brownie bites for those that still had space!

What a FABULOUS weekend and incredible 2 day event that was. Thank you, thank you, thank you to our client for letting us create it and serve you and your guests. To our Fabulous team of chefs and front of house, and to mother nature who made sure she played her part in the stunning creation too 🥰 ☀️ 🙏✨🔥❤️

Always nice to finish the week close to home. Our Fabulous client are treating their staff to Fabulous BBQ and drinks this afternoon. And they’re just 18 mins down the road from our base. Monaco is the furthest distance we’ve travelled so far, we think this is the shortest! Happy Friday everyone. Shade it up and factor 50! Gonna be a scorcher 🥰🙏🔥✨☀️❤️

A Fabulous evening spent up “on the roof” with last night. 200 guests were served Fabulous bowl food by our gorgeous team. hot dogs, BBQ chicken on roasted potatoes with slaw, and 16hr smoked Dedham Vale beef on our mouthwatering Mac. Mini ice creams and sweets went down a treat too. And we always LOVE working with the incredible team at their sensational venue. What a FABULOUS event! Thank you to everyone involved 🥰 🔥 ❤️

And the Fabulous BBQ serviced buffet ready to go… Dedham Vale burgers, Dingley Dell sausages, BBQ chicken, garlic prawns, salmon in dill butter, corn cobs and beautiful bowls of fresh salads from our local suppliers… Veges and vegans served stuffed peppers and mushroom stacks straight off the “green machines” at the back.

Another Fabulous summers day, another Fabulous summer party… 300 gorgeous people enjoyed this joint 45th company anniversary and the owners 80th birthday. Complete with classic cars, a spitfire fly over, DJ, live performances, cocktails, and a Fabulous BBQ - of course 🥰 🔥 ❤️

Fabulous event last night with the GORGEOUS team at in Cambridge. Canapés, bowl food and bar for 200 brilliant guests at a private event in Cambridge.

At the clients request we recreated the shots they used to drink at Uni - Little Lemon Fellas and Little Purple Men which went down very well til 2am this morning!

Huge thanks Kat for having us along. Can’t wait to work together again and create more stunning F&B experiences for you and your clients 🥰🙏🔥❤️

What a ride!! 21 events for up to 800 guests at City Summer House in 16 days… done! ✅

Absolutely sensational effort from everyone involved, and we could not be prouder of our chefs and FOH team who worked their absolute socks off to make it happen as seamlessly as it did.

With huge thanks to our client for having us in to deliver another spectacular CSH run.

Back out again today for a private event in Cambridge for 200 and then in Holland Park tmw serving 300 guests. Exhausted and exhilarated in equal measures! 😅

About last night… 400 guests through a double ended, serviced, premium BBQ buffet with burgers, BBQ chicken, sausages, pan roasted potatoes & veg, chefs salad and coleslaw in 45 mins… thats 9 a minute… No-one waited longer than 10 mins in the queue. And THATS Fabulous! So proud of the team delivering this very intense run. 15 events delivered in last 2 weeks, 9 more to go this week, and we all get a WELL DESERVED day off! 🥰💪🔥 ❤️
