burger doused in hickory smoked sauce, throwing a chilli-infused soy shrimp, marinating a luscious corn-fed chicken and skewering mint and rosemary kebabs, means that, once you’ve tried one of our BBQ experiences, the bar will be irreversibly raised. What an INCREDIBLE summer! Our best yet by far, and it is time to say no more…
We’ve been delivering 2-3 events a week since May, and September is now fully booked also. We couldn’t fit in any more BBQing if we tried!!
We’ll be taking a much needed rest in October and then we’ll be back for the Xmas season at our amazing new venue in Shoreditch (more on that soon!)

A Fabulous evening spent up “on the roof” with last night. 200 guests were served Fabulous bowl food by our gorgeous team. hot dogs, BBQ chicken on roasted potatoes with slaw, and 16hr smoked Dedham Vale beef on our mouthwatering Mac. Mini ice creams and sweets went down a treat too. And we always LOVE working with the incredible team at their sensational venue. What a FABULOUS event! Thank you to everyone involved 🥰 🔥 ❤️

Fabulous event last night with the GORGEOUS team at in Cambridge. Canapés, bowl food and bar for 200 brilliant guests at a private event in Cambridge.
At the clients request we recreated the shots they used to drink at Uni - Little Lemon Fellas and Little Purple Men which went down very well til 2am this morning!

About last night… 400 guests through a double ended, serviced, premium BBQ buffet with burgers, BBQ chicken, sausages, pan roasted potatoes & veg, chefs salad and coleslaw in 45 mins… thats 9 a minute… No-one waited longer than 10 mins in the queue. And THATS Fabulous! So proud of the team delivering this very intense run. 15 events delivered in last 2 weeks, 9 more to go this week, and we all get a WELL DESERVED day off! 🥰💪🔥 ❤️

Our hearts are more than a little heavy that one of our FAVOURITE events we helped create and deliver from 2017-2019, the award winning K in the Park, still isn’t coming back this year.
We took it from a park to an island to a farm… from 250 to 450 guests… it got bigger and better year on year and it was just the BEST day ever every time!
However, we transcend the disappointment, hopeful it will return in 2023, and welcome in an exciting new client and event in the shape of “MODO on the Roof”!
August will see 300 guests on a rooftop in Shoreditch at one of our new partner venues for 2022 Golden Bee with BBQ, desserts and extras. Here’s the stickers for the goodie bags we’re making for them How FABULOUS!

This time last year we found out we’d been selected to provide the BBQ in the VIP area of the British GP to 900 guests a day. It was part of a pilot and one of the first live events in the UK in TWO YEARS (who would have ever believed it?!). Feels like a lifetime ago now! So good to be back at full speed again although sadly no GP action for us this year… we’re already fully booked on a big project elsewhere. So many events, only one Fabulous… Racing into summer like neeeeeow 🚙 💨 😁
It’s that time of year when our house starts turning into a warehouse as all the stock starts to arrive for the next month... 6000 eco cutlery sets and napkins just landed. I used to resent it taking over my house. Post pandemic Im LOVING IT! This pile of boxes means lots of events. This pile of boxes means money flowing to us. This pile of boxes means 6000+ people are imminently about to experience a Fabulous BBQ and have a wonderful time. What a lovely pile of boxes!! Thankfully they’ll be transferred to the unit this afternoon so we can get in our yoga room for yin practice later! 🥰🧘🏼♀️🔥❤️
Just finished planning how we deliver 24 events across 3 venues in 18 days of June with an average 350 guests a day… we do it with years of experience, an AMAZING professional team, Fabulous clients and a WHOLE LOAD OF ZEN! 🧘🏼♀️😂
