Holly’s Christmas Wreaths Holly’s wreaths started in 2019 but I’ve been making them for friends & family for 15+ years. You must be local to EX5 to collect.

They are beautiful, natural, locally sourced hand made wreaths filled with Nordman, ivy & Holly on a 10”or 8” wire ring. Bookings will open from the beginning of November and pricings and collection slots for that year released then. I sell door wreaths, slightly smaller and more delicate remembrance wreaths with a sprig of rosemary for graves or somewhere special and wreath making workshops for upto 6 people at my home. You must be local to Broadclyst!

The wreath making workshops have been a brilliant success.

I’ve held work Christmas do workshops, mum and daughter workshops, family workshops and friends get togethers with some music on and a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie.

Held at my home I have a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 and it gives you the quiet before the storm to create your own wreath to take home.

These are alongside the option of offering and buying your wreath to collect from my home if you don’t have the time for a workshop.

Do you know I dehydrate my own fruit for the dried fruit slices which go in the pimp my wreath packs? 🍊 🍋

This year, I’m trying to master the art of dried whole fruit. It’s a meticulous process. They have been weighed, scored, pricked and are currently having an ascorbic acid bath before dehydrating for anywhere around 12 hours plus when I will reweigh them until they get down to a quarter of their current weight.

The house smells sooo good when I’m doing these 👃 🎄

Large wreaths come with a hanging ribbon and the slightly smaller remembrance wreaths come with a small ribbon wrapped round a piece of rosemary

+ Optional ‘pimp my wreath’ pack £5 (Includes festive ribbon with instructions to create a bow, 6 smalls fircones, 3 dried fruit slices, 2 x Cinnamon Sticks and wire to attach to your wreath). These are the same as last years prices!

I am offering wreath making workshops this year on the back of doing a few last year. This are priced at £22 per person, including a glass of mulled wine and mince pie. These will be done at my house subject to availability I can have up to 6 people. Everything you need for the wreath would be supplied (you’d need to bring gloves and secateurs!). They offer a lovely way of getting together with friends before Christmas.

Send me a message with: your phone number, full name, confirming if you would like a large wreath or remembrance wreath and a pimp my wreath pack, which week and confirm that has been made

Watering / Care
Whether you order your wreath for the last week of November or nearer Christmas it will continue to look amazing. The leaves will become brittle but not lose shape or colour (I Promise! It will look as good at the beginning of December as the end!). I recommend spraying your wreath with water or taking it down and bathing it in water for its best care.

Collection
Collections will be contactless again this year. Once you have booked, paid and told me which ‘week’ you’d like to collect I will contact your wreath is ready and leave it hanging in my porch with your name on for you to collect.

Hanging
My front door is wooden so I hang my wreath from it’s ribbon over a nail in the door. There are other door options if you search online for ‘wreath door hangers’.

I’ve had my first 2023 wreath order 🎄 😍 🙌

Details about this years wreaths will be coming out mid November for those of you not thinking about it yet.

Because of my December capacity (there’s a big ‘0’ birthday 🎁 😱🫣) and a family holiday away, wreaths this year will be limited to a collection frame between Saturday 25th November to Friday 8th December. This means I will be making around only half of what I normally do. This will be earlier than normal for collection for some of you but the wreaths will last in perfect condition until you are ready to put them up. However, I am limited how many I can make in this timeframe so to get on the order books you’ll need to get in early and let me know.
