Blueberry daiquiri anyone?

Ingredients
1-1⁄2 tablespoons lime juice
1⁄2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1-1⁄2 ounces light rum
1 cup crushed ice

Recipe
1) In an electric blender place lime juice, blueberries and rum
2) Blend until smooth
3) Add ice and blend until slushy
4) Garnish with blueberries skewered on picks circled with a strip of lime peel, if desired

Focusing on seasonal, local produce the menu features slow roasted lamb shoulder, 12hr braised beef shin & a Celeriac Schwarma.

We're thrilled to announce the completion of our vintage horsebox mobile bar project, now known as The Prancing Pony! 🐎

Charlie and I (Andy) have put our hearts into transforming this beauty, and we're ready to bring the party to you this summer. Whether it's weddings, parties, festivals, corporate events, or customized packages, we've got you covered. Based in Bickleigh, we're proud to serve the entire South West region.

With a wide selection of drinks on offer, including prosecco, pimms, refreshing pints, tantalizing cocktails, spirits, wine, and a variety of soft drinks, we're here to cater to every taste. And let's not forget our special touch with bespoke or seasonal drink packages like aperol spritz, mulled wine, and flavored gin. If you have a specific request, just reach out, and we'll do our best to make it happen! ❤️
