Job description:
We are looking for confident, motivated individuals to join our team of Instructors.
Working for our Outdoor Activity Centre, you will coach and supervise our participants, ensuring they have a fun, action-packed and memorable experience with us.
This role is both exciting and physically challenging. Responsibilities will include setting up and organising a wide range of activities as well as maintaining the equipment on site, ensuring all safety checks are carried out in accordance with company guidelines. You will also be responsible for keeping the Outdoor Activity Centre clean and tidy, presenting a professional image to our guests at all times.
Full on site training is given.
Wage will depend on age and experience, and any related qualifications/licences.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be working on Saturdays or Sundays on a flexible basis, this means that your hours of work could vary each week either working one day or both. A full day of work is 8.30am - 5:30pm.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidates will:
· Have an outgoing and cheerful personality
· Have the ability to perform well under pressure
· Have excellent communication skills
· Be a good team player
Desirable requirements:
· Previous experience of working within an outdoor activities environment will be an advantage
