We’ve gotten round to counting up our takings and we are so stunned and thankful for the amount raised!

So far we have counted:

£895.96 - cash donations & driver admission

£1677 - raised on just giving

Which overall totals to £2572.96 we are so thankful for everybody that’s participated and donated we never expected to raise more than £500 but you guys have gone above and beyond to prove us wrong!

Planning for next year is already underway and we’re excited for it to be a bigger and better event next year! 😊😊😊

Hiya everyone, if you didn’t get the opportunity to donate last night and would like to I will link the donations page below!

We have no words to describe how thankful we all are for all the support, donations, the teams hard work and the dedication the drivers put in to decorating their tractors and participating, this whole event would never have been possible without the help of you guys so thank you so much!!

Just want to say a huge, huge thank you to everyone and the team involved in the organisation of the tractor run we had a few mishaps throughout but considering it’s our first one I think it was absolutely outstanding considering we all pulled it together in just under a month! It wouldn’t have ever been possible without the help of you guys!😊

We couldn’t have done it without the help of our fantastic drivers that participated and helped hugely in the raising of funds for YANA!!!

And we cannot forget the tremendous volumes of public watching and supporting us it wouldn’t have been such an exceptional event without your support and donations, which we are beyond grateful for…

And lastly we cannot forget about our awesome traffic team that did a superb job at stopping traffic to allow us to all stay together and let’s not forget about Santa that sat atop his sleigh for hours in the cold to greet you all it was amazing to have you there!

Thank you so unbelievably much to everyone, it was much better than ever expected and I sincerely hope you all enjoyed and will come back for next year!!! 🚜🎄

Hiya everyone, just a message to our drivers participating tomorrow we’ll have the lovely Suffolk Drone Photography taking drone footage so make sure to flash all your lights and sound your horns when we go past the location I’ll pin below! We’re also lucky enough to have the Diss Express coming down to take some photos at 3pm

Hiya everyone, just want to pop a couple reminders on here to make sure everyone is as safe as possible during the tractor run!

- please park safely and be considerate of where you’re parking if watching along the route, keep in mind other road users, local community, the tractors that will have to pass and most importantly the possibility of emergency services needing to get through!!

- please do not park on verges, driveways or other peoples property and please do not obstruct the roads or driveways in any way!

- anyone watching from the roadside please keep yourself, pets and children at a safe distance keeping in mind tractors have blind spots!

- we will have parking at the airfield as well as a burger van however there is the possibility that we reach capacity!

- for anyone watching tractors turn off from the airfield we will issue a 15-20 minute warning before tractors turn off to allow you to move to a good spot to watch at a safe distance or to leave and find another spot along the route ahead of the tractors!

- any tractors coming we need a minimum speed of about 15-20mph to get between villages!

- and lastly please, please, please enjoy yourself and make sure to tag us in any pictures or videos!

Hiya everyone, we have had lots of people ask for pass through times, we've been reluctant to give any to avoid disappointment as we will have a live tracker on the evening and will be posting live updates however we thought it would be smart to have a back up so our lovely team took time to go and drive the route and make a list of approximate times seen below:

Leaving airfield - 4:30pm
Eye - 4:45pm
Horham - 4:55pm
Stradbroke - 5:00pm
Hoxne - 5:15pm
Brome - 5:30pm
Diss - 5:50pm
Palgrave (first time) - 6:10pm
Palgrave (second time) - 6:30pm
Mellis - 6:45pm
Yaxley - 6:55pm
Airfield - 7:00pm

Just to reiterate these are only approximate times, we might be a couple minutes early or late. To avoid disappointment you can check our tracker for more accurate times on the night!
