Happy Fathers Day to these legends.

The dude who puts up with carrying the heaviest birthday cake, whilst avoiding setting his eyebrows on fire, in front of expectant guests because his wife doesn't trust herself or anyone else to do it!

Happy Bank Holiday ☀️🍹😎

Hope you're having a good one.

This weekend I was on an amazing wedding, with some amazing clients, who I adore. However the mum juggle is always there and very real. When I got back at 2.30am and my 2year old decided to wake at 5am and refused to be anything other than attached to me, the obvious knackered mum guilt reared.

So all the more reason for me to shout very loudly about the fact that the are coming back down to Kernow to bring some much light relief. To remind those of us who constantly worry about are we doing enough, in all areas of our lives, that hell! yes we are!

This is the third year here and this time, we're at the lovely on the 27th of June. They're bringing all their most loved songs and sketches and stand up together for a night that will make you laugh until you wee.

Tickets are currently on sale but are going fast, so do get them booked.

Coming back from an accidental social media blackout!

It's been a few months of ramping up on the events for 2024 and still rearing a young family, so things like socials take a back burner. Unless you take into account the time my 8year old decided to introduce himself and his friend on my Instagram stories with a rap performance!

This year will be slightly different. I still have some lovely wedding clients, but there's some more events in different arenas happening, including going back into the arts and temporarily running away with a Circus.

HAPPY (belated) NEW YEAR 🍾

I'm not one for a shot of me lighting a candle with an ethereal look on my face. There's nothing wrong with that, there's just very few togs who manage to capture my inner beauty 😉 I'm usually caught gurning or ugly laughing. Not their fault, just the way it is.

However, it is important to let followers know what we're up to and new followers know what we/ I do.

So, I'm Rebecca, Becks, Mummy.

I've got an 8,6 & 2-year-old. Best little dudes ever. Although they give me sleepless nights & endless anxiety.

I studied drama at Exeter Uni and spent a couple of years in that world.

I then worked in the live experience world for a seriously long time (24yrs, eek ). Starting in Brand Experience for several Marketing & Advertising agencies.

I moved into events in London and across the UK. I have also worked across Europe in places such as Venice, Barcelona, Sweden, Cannes & Amsterdam.

I moved to Cornwall 8 yrs ago, after my husband and I got married at The Eden Project (forever has my heart).

I've gradually brought Rebel & Anchor to life, in and amongst having babies. The name came about when I really thought who I was, someone who likes to push the envelope. However, I'm reliable and a safe pair of hands (fun fact my dad was a professional goalkeeper).

I'm creative at heart but have honed my planning skills over the years, hence becoming a creative events producer. This means I come up with event concepts, design, and execute them.

Events is a wide spectrum but my area of expertise is Parties (corporate or private), Charity (gala dinners), Live experience (brand or personal) and since moving to Cornwall more weddings than I had ever done.

The future is unwritten; I love what I do, but this year may be slightly different. I've been working with some venues recently, which is fun. I'm doing some more creative direction work, which I really love, and I'm looking to work with more charities and community projects....so be in touch.

Hilarious ice breakers are the way forward. ⚡️

Wedding cake topper competition out of baby bells. What's not to love. Guests look confused, slightly grossed out, then suddenly they get their creative on, and they're competing for the Turner Prize.
