You haven’t forgotten about us have you? It’s been a hot minute.

We may not be doing markets in Fareham at the moment but we ARE in Gosport. Our monthly bespoke markets are well underway and we’ve been getting footfall of 22,000+. All the better now the summer’s on the way too 🌞 🍻.

We have a market next Saturday with a ‘young people’s’ element. It’s a normal market but with an area dedicated to young entrepreneurs and youth-focussed businesses. Our lineup of performers are all under 25 and we have demonstrations, drop-in activities etc.

Please come along! And if you’re a trader (young or old!) interested in joining us, please pop us a message over at ❤️. We have all our dates for the rest of the year.

**Important News**

Sadly I must inform our followers that they’ll be no more Nest & Anchor markets at Cams for the foreseeable future 😔.

We were lucky enough to be able to use the car park outside for a glorious 15 months. In that time we built something from nothing; a unique shopping experience, an opportunity for performers to showcase, a place for locals to gather and people (and dogs!) to connect.

Sadly we were unable to continue using the site. We thought of it as an opportunity to move to a bigger venue… but the magic was lost (a huge thank you to for accommodating us though!) Sometimes you just need to package something up as a fantastic chapter, full of unforgettable memories and new skills learnt.

My personal favourite memories include Scott’s glitter beard, the flash mob that ended up in the news and entourage of stroll dancers 👯.

For now we’re focusing on our markets in Gosport High Street. We hope you’ll come and see us there!

Our market at school is TOMORROW! And it’s the last day of school holidays, so I’m excited on both counts…

Posted • finally took a picture of me at the market! And yes I did have to pose and say “Scott, will you take a photo of me?” 😂.

I’m Helen, I have worked with Scott, Tom and Dan since the beginning of 2022. My background is weddings, I ran my own wedding business for 13 years until Covid destroyed it. I helped the boys get things up and running for and at the end of 2022 I suggested a Christmas market… was born! Swiftly followed by . What else is on the cards I wonder? There’s certainly not time for much more at the moment.

It’s my job to confirm traders for our markets. I have a real passion for local independent creatives. I’d much rather buy from a small business than a high street shop or multi-national, and I’m fascinated by people’s stories. In a previous life I published my own magazines with a focus on promoting creative independents.

It’s me on the end of socials, emails, me who will badger you to book and nag you if your insurance is out of date. I’ll tell you when to arrive and be there to show you where to go.

On that note, don’t forget we’re busy booking pitches for our Springtime Spectacular market on 27th April. Pop me a message! 🙌

Our latest blog post is a Q&A with our regular trader John-Paul from CG Living. He started a cleaning company using natural products and he sells them at our markets along with candles, reed diffusers and essential oils.

I love his clean fresh brand! And I would quite like a natural cleaning company to clean my house!! 🧽 Many of us don’t think enough about the harmful toxic chemicals in everyday household products.

I am getting really interested in reducing harmful toxins from my day-to-day so this was a super interesting read!

On the blog today we find out a bit more about one of our regular market traders Letisha from Pawfect Remedies. Her two Huskies Nova and Kodi are the driving force behind the business. It was her mission to give them a healthy diet that got her started.

"I started making my own treats" explains Letisha "dogs started to follow me when out for walks and owners would ask me to make them some. Thus Pawfect Remedies was born!"

Big news! After more than a year of running markets at Cams Estate we’ve outgrown the car park. We need more in terms of space, power and accessibility. As such from our next market on Saturday 13th April we’ll be just next door at .

The new location offers new opportunities, but of course we’ll miss our old site. We made great memories there!

Thank goodness it stayed dry for the market on Saturday, it’s miserable today. We need the weather to get decidedly more spring-like for Easter weekend as we have our next market on Saturday 30th! It’s our market in Gosport High Street and it’s set to be pretty awesome.

For kids, expect these colourful hair braids from The Fairytale Boutique, crafts with , all the sparkle from .n.glow and an interactive Easter trail organised by the incredible 🐣.

If you’ve been to our markets you may have seen part of our crew in high vis. Possibly me (Helen) tired-looking 40-something, and Scott (young whipper snapper, big manicured beard, lots of tats, often with camera round his neck. Took this photo! ).

But have you seen these fellas? Tom (gripping Coke can) and Dan (wears shorts all year round).

They are not only our colleagues for all things market coordination (for Cams and ) but they also own and operate , and of course the wedding part of the business .

They’re bezzie mates with big ambitions.
