This is a pretty impressive place to work! I love my studio time with all my flowers around me...like an artist with their paints laid out 💙 🤍 💖 planning my weddings includes time chatting to my brides, time researching, ordering & planning my flower choices, time to strip & condition my blooms once they arrive in my studio and 2 days to build before the day itself ... the build up to the day is always worth the effort to see how happy your brides are when you unveil your art! Xx

My bride was delighted with her wild bouquet that worked so beautifully against her streamline dress & loose locks ... a mix of seasonal favourites anemones & ranunculus worked brilliantly in the design. 🤍 this style of bouquet is proving a very popular choice with a lot of my brides this year x

Yesterday's wedding ingredients included our beautiful bride, lots of gorgeous bridesmaids in sage green dresses, confetti, an idyllic little country church, a black cab, doughnuts and daffs for our Welsh groomsman. Our beautiful happy English meets Welsh wedding day 💛

Radiating Happiness 💚 My beautiful fun bride Kat had been tried 4 times to get married, always thwarted by movable covid guidelines... it didn't dampen her spirits. She found the beautiful barn and turned her dream wedding around in just 4 x weeks!!! And her day was so full of sunshine & happiness, we loved working with her 🤍 all perfectly captured by her winning photographer

1. Tall vase on the bar for that extra wow - lime greens/creams/foliage
2. Centrepieces lined up on my workroom steps - peonies/peachy pink/pale blue
3. Quick pick of the beautiful bride - full peach peonies
4. Another day, another beautiful bride - added a little thistle to this gorgeous colour palette in memory of a loved one
5. My gorgeous gold bowls ready and waiting to take their place on the tables. Packed with purple/peach/cream/dark green
6. Bright and colourful bouquet in the bride’s favourite colours - fuchsia pink and yellow
7. Centrepieces to compliment the colour scheme in my goldfish bowls. All hand tied finished so chosen guests can pull them out and take them home

A small & intimate Vintage Afternoon Tea set up.... crockery, candles, flowers and of course cakes, scones & clotted cream ... everything to put together a really beautiful tea party.... hosted within the beautiful gardens at Bury Court Barn in Hampshire xx

When life gives you 🍋🍋🍋 …

I wanted this square to share the Windsor event I worked on last week.
I wanted you to swipe through pictures showing the look of ‘A Sicilian Night’ birthday brief.

Hundreds of tiny glass bowls - each with a candle inside - were hung from the top of a tall, lengthy wisteria arch creating a twinkling night sky walkway for the guests as the entered and left the giant garden marquees

Inside, vase upon vase was packed with white flowers and arranged a lot of a 🍋🍋🍋 for that ‘Party in a 🍋🍋🍋Grove’

It looked fab.
But the non-disclosure agreement I signed means I have no evidence it ever happened - like a dream.
So if you see a dream-like event in a glossy magazine featuring a _lot_ of 🍋🍋🍋…
You know I was there.

I’m off to make lemonade with the excess ready for this heatwave!

When my friend’s sister was little, she would always ask for a green crayon. She said green made everything look better.
And I always think how right that little girl was when I’m working with my favourites - FOLIAGE. Fake or real, the variety of green stuff brings with it light, shade, depth and texture.

Started work on an outdoor installation at the very cool & cosy until rain halted play so more to follow next week…

Beautiful young bride & groom at their micro riverside wedding. Our bride wanted a very natural garden-vibed bouquet to carry... not too traditional, no roses, something cool & vintage. And her favourite colour is purple so.... she was thrilled! X
