If customers no longer want or can’t collect their elf balloons please can you let me know, I’ve got kids of my own to sort out and can’t spend the whole night messaging waiting for replies, if I haven’t heard anything by 7pm I’ll assume you arent coming. This isn’t just for fun this is my job to look after my family, it costs me money to have orders left over after failing to collect, it’s time away from my children when making your orders and food off my children’s tables. Sorry for the rant but it’s disheartening when I’ve put time and effort into these things for your children.
