Lovely to work alongside Estate staff especially when guests are shooting, fishing etc. Grouse in rice paper wraps, Wild hill loch brown trout with Dill, lemon, salt and a little butter. Some Nigiri & Sashimi for a change and of course something sweet to end off with.

When your client shoots their 1st stag at the beginning of a two week lodge stay why not celebrate using the venison and making a Venison Wellington....true field to table experience & and proper respect for the beast.

Just some of the things we've been dishing up lately, we are pretty much fully booked until well into October but have some gaps after that for dinner parties and private events should you be planning something. Don't forget to book well in advance for Christmas and New Year period (early Dec up until 20th Dec still some availability and again early January from 3rd onwards)

Seafood platter for family lunch at the fishing hut a few weeks ago. Been very busy with plenty of Belgian/Swiss & locals plus plenty of families from Nordic countries this last few months.
