We are at the Silk Mill - Frome Festival until late tonight, serving up our Guyanese Caribbean flavoursome deliciousness to party goers. Playing tonight is the super energetic Sensonic.

You do need a ticket to enter the live Gig, however you don't need a ticket to buy our deliciousness 🤤😋. We are situated at the entrance of the venue, so you can wander down and grab a late night bit.

Tomorrow is my last day at the .good.heart.cafe . I have been there over the last four weeks serving up our Guyanese Caribbean flavoursome deliciousness 🤤😋. If you haven't popped in to taste it yet, tomorrow is your last chance.

However, you can find me at the market this Sunday 7th July and the Summer Night next Friday 12th. Thursday 11th, Friday 12th and Saturday 13th night at the Frome Festival.

And Sunday 14th July in the Yeovil at The Yeovil Together where we share and showcase our different ethnic foods and cultures.

We are open today for lunch between 12-3pm The Good Heart
Serving two of our favourite dishes from our vegetarian and vegan options. Our mouthwatering vegetable chickpea curry served with either rice infused cumin or roti with a small side salad. And creamy coconut mixed beans served with rice infused with cumin and a small side salad. Also a feta cheese and olive salad 😋🤤

That face when you sit at your kitchen table and finally begin to write your recipe book. It took me almost a lifetime to face my inner critic and my own limiting beliefs which always talk myself out of the idea.... that's dealt with now it's time for action 💪🏾😆

Bringing my two passions together in one recipe book. My love for cooking healthy foods and women's health! There's no other good time than now to write this book, when I am going through perimenopause. And navigating it naturally. Then the title of the book:

"Thrive Naturally: Delicious recipes for navigating menopause". Guyanese and Caribbean inspire recipes and others. While holding space for my fellow Black sisters going through this transaction. I got you sis 🫶🏾

Tomorrow we are going to be at Summer Celebration! 🎉

We are pleased to be donating a percentage of our sales to Millfield school Foundation for the sponsoring of scholarships for students attending the school.
