Elizabeth Cowper has over 20 years of HR leadership experience and is a working mother of 3 and Founder of Ludo. Ludo provides multi-award winning tech for inclusion in the workplace. Elizabeth spent her HR career working for brands such as Planet Organic, Harvey Nichols, LVMH and Tapestry. Tapestry is the umbrella company for Coach, kate spade and Stuart Weitzman where Elizabeth was VP HR Europe, Global Head of Wellbeing and on the Global DEI Committee. Elizabeth has been described as the ‘Culture Adjuster’ and was listed in the HR Most Influential Awards 5 years straight. Elizabeth understands how to engage talent, drive wellbeing in the workplace, power the success of women at work and create a strong culture of inclusion. It’s her thing. In 2022 Ludo won Inclusion Initiative of the year by Corporate Livewire and Rising Stars in Corporate Wellbeing. Ludo won Global HR Tech of the Year 2023. Meet Kieran Saunders of Gardening together

Kieran Is a dedicated professional, community leader, and passionate gardener. In his role as Vice Chair for the Frome allotment community, he actively promotes green spaces and community engagement. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Kieran is a devoted husband and father to two children who never stop surprising him.

He's not just a gardener but also proudly embraces the title of a "grower and geek." His love for experimenting with perennial edibles, including the resilient and diverse perennial kales, highlights his commitment to sustainable and innovative gardening practices. Kieran's life is a balance of professional excellence and personal passion, and he's well-known for being a forager, connecting with nature, and exploring the world of unique, flavorful edibles.

🔥Things are hotting up at TEDxFrome HQ🔥
We started the process this year with the online application. From these, our Dream Team selected a handful of speakers to go through to the Speaker Workshop. Here the speakers explored their 'idea worth spreading' with support and coaching.
The next step is AUDITIONS! Hoorah!
🔥Each speaker will pitch their idea to a panel from a range of different backgrounds.
🔥And from these speakers we will select the lineup for our big day on Sunday 19th November at the Merlin Theatre.

We are sooo excited to announce that the speaker application for TEDxFrome 2023 is now OPEN! Hoorah!

Our event is in the diary for Sunday 19th November 2023, so we have five months to get our speakers prepared for their 'idea worth spreading'.

This year we are ONLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FROM THOSE WHO LIVE IN FROME OR WITHIN 5-MILES OF THE TOWN.

The application process will be as follows:

🔥Speakers each submit written applications using the form on the website below.
🔥The TEDxFrome Dream Team will select 20 speakers to go through to the next round which is a workshop to craft each speaker's 'idea worth spreading' as a first draft.
🔥Selected speakers will be asked to audition as the final stage of the application process.
